Sunday Morning for Children
Infants through Two Year Olds: Cared for in the Crib Room during the Sunday School and Worship hours by staff and volunteers.Three and Four Year Olds: Cared for in the Toddler Room, inside the West Vestibule door. Involved in Bible lessons, story telling, music, and creative activities during the Sunday School hour and remain during worship hour. Grades K Through 6: Children learn about the Bible through hands-on application of Bible stories through videos, story telling, science experiments, computer games, arts and crafts, and music. The children focus on a particular Bible story for three or four weeks and participate in a different workshop every week. Children are encouraged to attend the worship service. Grades 7-12: Meet in the Youth Chapel to develop Christian faith, knowledge, and love.
Sunday Morning for Youth
United Methodist Youth Fellowship: All youth in grades 7-12 are invited to participate in movies, roller skating, lock-ins, retreats, devotions, and community projects. Confirmation Class: Understanding who we are is vital to our faith. Through confirmation classes, youth are encouraged to understand and study the faith before joining the church.Other Children and Youth Programs
Summer Camping Opportunities: Children and youth are encouraged to participate in the summer camping program of our Annual Conference. Grace Church assists each camper with one half of a week's camp fee. Back to School Program - Neighborhood Center: In August, back to school supplies are collected for students at the Neighborhood Center. Information is posted in early August about the program.We believe that we are saved through the Grace of the Lord Jesus Christ. - Acts 15:11
